The Medtronic Minimed insulin pump has a very user-friendly interface. It is the size of a pager and will comfortably fit by your side. Don’t worry if you are in the dark, the Medtronic Minimed has a backlit screen. In addition, it can wirelessly send blood glucose data to a computer for analysis.

The Quick-set infusion set for 400/50X model insulin pumps and the Paradigm® family of insulin pumps offers the convenience of self-adhesive (no overtaping) and is available in two tubing lengths and two cannula lengths. The 6 mm length cannula is most suitable for lean individuals. The 9 mm cannula is recommended for everyone else.
