Job Description:
Enrollment Specialist
Full-Time Monday-Friday from Noon-8:30 PM, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Description: Contacts patient for authorization to ship supplies and medications with ability to up sell current client database/Sell to new leads.
Duties are as follows:
· Introduce and promote GMD and DCP benefits
· Verify all patient information. Such as address, MD, testing frequency, and meter type
· Answer incoming calls on the dialer
· Explain to the patient the process in detail
Requirements for the position:
· Bilingual a plus, preferably Spanish
· Must have at least 2-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
· Must be driven and self motivated
· Must be able to work out of multiple systems
· Must be able to interact and communicate well with co-workers
· Must be professional
· Must be able to multitask and remain organized
· Must have retention abilities
· Must be able to work on a dialer
Compensation for position:
· Starting rate: $10 per hour plus commission
