This position will entail talking with patients utilizing our products and services. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills both telephonic and written. Ideal candidate will have worked as a customer call center representative in a medical services setting.
Requirements for the position:
· Bilingual a plus, preferably Spanish
· Must have at least 2-3 years customer service experience
· Must be driven and self motivated
· Must be able to work out of multiple systems
· Must be able to interact and communicate well with co-workers
· Must be professional
· Must be able to multitask and remain organized
· Must have retention abilities
· Must be able to work on a dialer
Compensation for position:
· Starting rate: $10 per hour plus bonus
