How does the CINCH-LOC LSO work?
When the strapping system is closed over the rigid anterior panel, it provides intra-abdominal muscle compression and provides a lift to hold the weight of the abdominal area. By lifting and holding the weight, pressure is relieved from lumbar discs reducing the associated pain. The posterior and anterior panels work together, giving opposing support to stabilize the lumbar sacral region. The result is a supported and pressure free spine held in a healthy, correct posture.

Rigid posterior panel (indented or flat)
The interior rigid posterior panel is fabric covered and comfortably stabilizes the lumbar sacral region. Its unique design has an optional indentation that can be easily removed to create a flat back panel for post-surgical use. The indented back provides superior pain relief for patients with conditions such as chronic pain, herniated lumbar disc and degenerative disc disease. The flat back provides post-surgical lumbar sacral stabilization without any pressure on sensitive incision areas. It is indicated for patients following spinal fusion, decompression, or compression fractures of the lumbar spine.
